This week's episode I speak with my guest LaTrease L. Nwosu, Relationship Specialist about relationship goals, what emotional safety is, self love/self awareness, and how to be a happy satisfied single.
LaTrease L. Nwosu has an M.A in Counseling, Couples and Families
from University of Colorado Denver. She is currently a resident
therapist at The Relationship Center at East Beach in Norfolk, VA.
Where she counsels couples while utilizing Emotionally Focused
Therapy (EFT). A theory geared towards helping couples discover
their negative interactions within their relationship, and finding
ways to build connection through deeply understanding how to shift
those interactions into more positive emotionally attuned
interactions.
She is also founder and owner of Connecting 2 Love. This is a relationship consulting agency where she focuses on helping people enhance the relationships in their lives. She supports people in developing healthy, positive, and lasting emotional connections. She provides support with intimate and interpersonal relationships.
LaTrease has coined the term “Relationship Specialist” because her work and education have provided her with the knowledge and skills to support individuals and couples through this journey of connection in relationships. Most of her work is around helping people have a better connection with their emotions to better connect to loved ones.
